In connection with my application for residency, I hereby authorize Ximeno Avenue Associates, LLC to complete an investigative consumer report including information from any consumer credit agency, current and previous employer, current and any former landlord, law enforcement agency, and state employment security agency to release all information any of them have about me to Credit Retriever. I also agree that this information can be obtained before, during and after residency. I hereby release all these parties from any liability in connection with release of such information.
